2012 - 2017 | Web App, CRM, ToolingImplement Consulting Group was my first employer out of university and later became a client for freelance work. Over 5 years I built and maintained this custom CRM.
Ease of use was of the highest priority as the biggest challenge was to get consultants to use a CRM in the first place.
Equally high in importance was the capacity to support consultants in maintaining real relationships with clients rather than rely on centralized marketing messages.
Finally we made a big deal out of streaming various processes like qualifying people for campaigns and merging data imported from LinkedIn.
